Help us launch Climate Hope Summer!
Imagine 12 youth and young adults from across the country engaging in a dynamic fellowship program next year! Paired with a mentor and supportive UCC community, each fellow will participate in a project that will grow their understanding of environmental justice and nurture their leadership skills. Your gift to Climate Hope Summer will inspire these young leaders to advance one of our most important social justice causes.
Proven Success
Last summer, the UCC sponsored a successful fellowship program for New Jersey, Oregon, and New Hampshire youth, similar to Climate Hope Summer. Participants:
Created a creation care curriculum for schoolchildren
Gained a theological perspective on climate justice
Learned about regenerative agriculture
Your Giving Tuesday donation will allow more youth and young adults to flourish in the important work of Environmental Justice. Gifts will also support an Earth Day Summit next year and our Environmental Justice Ministries.
